Mozart Piano Sonata No.16

Here is my arrangement of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s “Sonata Facile” for guitars. I decided not to make this one so heavy and instead I’ve used a clean guitar for the rhythm (with just a bit of flange). The lead guitar is distorted with lots of delay and reverb, but I still didn’t want it too up-front in the mix.

Yes, I play the bass aswell…although I had to use a pick for some sections because it was too fast for my fingers…

You should notice that this is a “Rock Version” and not a “Metal Version”. I’ve been getting alot of comments about my other tunes not being “metal enough”. Some have been telling me metal has to be fast; some that it has to be slow; some think that metal has to be played on electric guitars with distortion (…and just about every other variation!).

What makes something “Metal”? Please read “How to Play ‘Metal’ Guitar” where I attempt to answer this question (I said “attempt”!).
