Video: Wide Interval Stretches

This is my video upload for the week. I was talking with someone earlier in the week and trying to explain how to stretch your hand out without ending up in an awkward position with your hand, arm, or wrist. Although I explained this in words, I think it’s much better if I show everyone what I mean by means of a video.
